I'm a finance graduate who can't leave well enough alone. If something doesn't make sense to me, I dig until it does — then I figure out how to explain it to someone else in a way that actually sticks.

At Benchmark I converted cold-door prospects into paying customers in demanding outdoor conditions — high rejection, no script safety net, and results that depended entirely on how fast I could read someone and adapt.

At Crossbow Marketing I built outbound campaigns from scratch — Gmail sequences, GoHighLevel workflows, and a sales team I recruited and trained from zero. I used AI to analyze response data and continuously refine our messaging until the numbers moved.

At Putnam Automotive I executed targeted outbound calls to re-engage lapsed customers and was awarded a bonus for the highest number of appointments scheduled across March, April, and May 2021.

Built in Excel, written up as a 40-page report.

Built a B2B cold call script from scratch targeting mid-sized construction and real estate companies. Continuously refined it by listening to live team sales calls, identifying where prospects dropped off, and rewriting objection handlers — resulting in a measurable increase in prospect follow-up rate.

An unsolicited internal report submitted to management on the final day of employment. Identified key breakdowns in inter-department communication, outbound call strategy, and customer satisfaction — and proposed concrete solutions for each. Written at age 18 as a service coordinator.
